I’ve been watching the news, on Arabic TV channels that is, nothing but coverage of the heart-breaking Haiti-disaster and the struggle to get aid to the suffering people, and then the floods of Gaza, and the failing efforts to rescue what’s left to be rescued, since Israel, as usual, is not allowing any help to reach Gazans, despite the fact that people are simply left with nothing to help them survive after  waters washed away almost everything.

It’s to be mentioned that many are accusing Israel of deliberately opening a dam to release built-up waters without warning Palestinians, I’m not a big fan of pointing fingers -although I don’t really cross out this possibility- but what I’m a big fan of is revealing the truth of the “cooperating-intentions” of Israel.
Watch this video, and see how the Dr. Mordachai Kedar manipulates -a talent of Isralei spokespeople-  the lady who’s trying to get a simple answer to a simple question about Israeli blockage of help, and how he, the very well educated person, is just trying to show Palestinians as stupid backward people who care about nothing but war and attacks (yeah right!)…

And the joke was when he said “if they ask for our help, we’ll sure help”, after mentioning that they’re helping out people in Haiti… so did Haiti ask Israel for help? or is it just common sense that you help those in catastrophe? And what about all the humanitarian organizations struggling to reach the flooded areas right now? how do they ask for help exactly? what? must they fill an application, and wait until everyone’s dead so they can go through?

And I really don’t know where does he get the courage to contradict himself on TV! I mean first he says Hamas cares about nothing but missiles, and that they don’t want to see Israelis, and then he says they send Hamas trucks with food and water and I don’t know what! then he says we’ll help them if they ask our help… He couldn’t give a simply direct honest answer, and couldn’t admit how unfair Israel is to suffering people…

But he got one thing correct alright: “everything comes from us -Israel- electricity, water, food, all comes from us”, yes it all comes from you because you’ve taken over the whole country and its sources, and you only give when there’s something in return, so stop acting as if it’s charity, and it might be true you didn’t flood them on purpose, but you’re not rescuing them either, so in the end, you’re killing them one way or the other.
